Return & Shipping Policy

Returns

Because each item is made to order, I do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Please double-check your piece information before placing your order to ensure you're selecting the correct size.

I only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it
  • All original tags and packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to place a new order and request a return for the original item (if eligible). Once your return is accepted, we’ll issue a refund.

Refunds

Once I receive and inspect your return, I’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Shipping Policy

Average Shipping Times:

  • United States: 2–5 business days
    International: 10–30 business days

Please also allow 2–3 business days for production, as each item is made to order.

Holiday Notice: During peak seasons, production may take 2–5 business days.
